Balloon Bash & Silent Auction

The Natchez Grand Hotel

Kick off Balloon Fest Weekend with our 3rd Annual Drinks Out Night.  Join us near the bluff and enjoy music, food, drinks and some very special silent auction packages.  Tickets are $10.00 and there will be a cash bar.  All monies raised will benefit Magnolia Hall.

Business meeting, Program, An experienced floral and event designer, Mo Saunders creates new and unique holiday ideas and treasures year after year.  Enjoy a magical holiday inspirational presentation as you discover new keepsake treasures for the upcoming holiday season.  Lunch is $12.00 and reservations need to made by noon Tuesday, November 3.  Remember to bring your canned goods, non-perishables, or monetary donations for the Food Bank.

Annual Victorian Luncheon

Welcome the holiday season with the annual Victorian Luncheon amid period decorations at beautiful, historic Magnolia Hall.  Invite friends, neighbors and co-workers to come enjoy the delicious sandwiches, dips, corn chowder and desserts.  Tickets are $12.00 and are available at the Club office.  We will also have our annual soup and casserole sale on the back gallery during the luncheon.  Casseroles are $20.00 large and $12.00 small and soups are $5.00 pint and $10.00 quart.  Stock your freezer for the holiday season and help The Preservation Society of Ellicott Hill.

Annual Party for Preservation

The Gardens, 35 Cemetery Rd.

Spingtime at The Gardens  is the theme for The Preservation Society of Ellicott Hills Annual Party for Preservation.  The event will be held at the beautiful home of Dr. and Mrs. Fred Emrick.  There will be food, music and a cash bar.  Tickets are $45.00 per person and can be purchased at the club office.

Business meetings, Mini-Program, Program Lunch.  David Gardner, City Engineer of Natchez, will present and update on the Natchez Trails Project.  These trails are 5.6 miles of hiking and cycling in and around the city of Natchez and are scheduled to be comleted in Sping 2010.  Our mini-program will be our own Patricia Taylor who has a BSc in Phytotherapy (herbal medicine) from the Univ. ol Wales and is nearing her completion for a doctorate in naturopathy  and herbal medicine with Clayton College in Alabama.  Lunch is $12.00 and reservations need to be made at the office by Tues, May 4.  Don't forget your canned goods, non-perishables or donations for the Food Bank.
